Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
Due to the nature of our wellness and health-based products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@everealth.com.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
